Chameleon

from Wide awake (2002) by Indigo

/

about

"Chameleon" is a song that was inspired by the same person who inspired "Definite", "Destroy me", and "Your ways" (you can tell, this episode really messed me up and kept me busy for a while ;->). But more generally, just like "Your ways", it talks about people who cannot stand on their own. Weak personalities who seek the protection of the group in order to feel strong. In order to find protection, they sell whatever individuality they have in them.
